Amos Virgil THANKS FOR THE MEMORIES Mrs. Margarette Franks, beloved English teacher and senior sponsor, at BHS since 1933 retired December 1, 1973, after forty years of teaching here . It goes without saying that she will be deeply missed . The Seniors of '74 had waited four years to get to be her darlings. With common goals and common long- ings, we laughed, we loved, we played, we won. Those were our school days, our happy days. They were real because we made them real.
