STUDENT BODY OFFICERS This years Student Council Members have worked hard to promote more participation in Basic High School. We have achieved many of our set goals. We start- ed with a successful homecoming. This was a bright spot in the first part of the year and we would like to thank all those who helped make it possible. We also participated in a county organized Stu- 26 dent Council. Many students are not aware of this, but David Gibson, a Senior, has served as president of the organization for the past year. It is a real hon- or for a student from Basic to serve as president of this organization. We now take this opportunity to thank Mrs. White and Mr. Cooke our most helpful and under- standing supervisors for all the help they have given us.
