Arts The purpose of the Language Arts Pro- gram is to enrich the world within each student so he can become a happy, disci- plined, and contributing member of society. The scope of the program covers every phase of the “language arts”: speaking, listening, reading, writing. l atin Latin is to give the student an apprecia- tion for the civilizations which have so influenced his own society.
