Trustees Link Voters and College Six elected citizens of Barton County serve as a direct link between the people of our county and the Administration of BCCJC. Concerned with higher educa¬ tion for all, the board is responsible for the rapport between the community and the college. The Trustees with the help of college administrators, faculty, citi¬ zens, and students have sacrificed many long hours to mold the fine educational facility we have today. Council Strives for Progressive School Four members of the administrative staff constitute a formidable team which strives to make the college a progressive scholastic institution. Dr. Raymond Wamsley, Dean of In¬ struction, is responsible for day and night educational programs. Since he left this post for the Presidency of Garden City Junior College, Professor Larry Carter has served as Dean of Instruction. Dean of Administration Marshall Macy is in charge of all financial affairs and administrative details for the campus. Jimmie Downing, Dean of Student Services, is responsible for all matters concerning students. He is not only re¬ sponsible for all student organizations, but also for guidance and counseling. Keith Trost, Director of Library Serv¬ ices, is in charge of the Library and Study Skills facilities.
