FOREWORD Culture is an integral portion of our daily lives, enriching them and adding to their fullness. Basic to the development of culture is the study of the Arts. During the past four years, we have been exposed to almost every form of culture. In school, culture has become known to us through our art and drama workshops, music groups, shops and home economics classes. Extra-curricular clubs, private lessons and personal hobbies have also added to this development. Some of our classmates upon graduation will choose one of the arts as a vocation, but the majority will not. For these, the knowledge of the fine and practical arts will become a source of relaxation and enjoyment. Therefore, the yearbook staff sincerely hopes that this exposure to the creative aspects of living will serve as a basis for enjoyment and appreciation in later years and will serve to broaden us as individuals in the modern world. 3
