Day by day, The sun shines down upon The young planf and iT grows higher and higher. FirsT, iT is merely a sixTeenTh of an inch high, soon, The planT is sixTeen inches Tall. The firsT year aT college is difficulT because of The necessary adapTaTion To The new environmenf. Slowly, one begins To learn from his fellow sTudenTs and from his pro- fessors a liTTle of whaT college life is like. This knowledge is The building block for a life which will noT remain sTagnanT buT which will conTinue To grow even afTer gradua- Tion.
