Mr. John Vogel Mead Guidance Coumcior We wish to thank our special advisers for contributing so generously and thoughtfully their know-how.'' which insured the success of our class endeavors. Mr. John Vogel's personal interest, attention, and wise counseling made it possible for fifty-five per cent of the senior class to apply for college admission. His time was always at the disposal of the students. Mrs. Gertrude Kingsley with dry humor, infinite patience, and practical guidance led us by the hand through four happy years at Barringer High School. Whenever many of us became discouraged, confused, and dismayed, she inspired us to persist and conquer our difficulties. Mrs. Kingsley helped us to realize what we thought were impossible goals. It takes toil and trouble and countless hours to produce a yearbook We are most grateful. When we have homeroom teachers such as Mrs. Frances Morgan and Mrs. Jetta Sedicino, we are sure to start the school day on the right foot. We deeply appreciate their personal concern for our success and happiness. Mr(. There is no easy way. It is an experience that indeed tries the souls of class advisers. Problems have to be resolved in a fair and democratic manner, differences of opinion have to be harmonized, class morale has to be kept on the upbeat, money must be raised and expended wisely and judiciously, dances must be planned and held, graduation ceremonies rehearsed and at least a thousand details attended to. The responsibility is time consuming and most trying. In our estimation, the only award that we can give to our most gracious and understanding advisers. Mrs. Lillian Lehrman and Mr. Julius Kritzer, are our highest respect and esteem. u
