Orville Joseph Thompson June 10 Sammy will always be remembered in our class for his hard work at the Senior Bazaar and the class activities, Sam when not pumping gas is bombing around in his car, usually on Worcester Road. He plans to attend Junior College in the Fall and take up a business course. Patricia Anne Towle June 11 When you see a pretty brunette with sparkling eyes walk by, you know it ' s Tricia.” She ' s the kind of girl who is always looking for a good time, and usually finds it. In the past she has been a secretary and we are indebt to her for her hard work on the Barretone . Tricia makes a wonderful companion because of her zesty person- ality and natural charm. Always with a smile and a helping hand, we know that her amiable disposition will bring her many friends. Tricia says the only plans she has for the future is to find happiness. She had a leading part in the Senior Bazaar, Food Sales, Suppers, and prom. But Suzanne isn ' t all work and no play. Her friendly smile and winning good looks make her one of the most popular members of the class. We know these fine qualities will make her future years happy ones, and we wish her success as a nurse. Bruce Warren Spinney January 28 Bruce is one of the most active and well-liked boys in the class. He helps in all class functions and will be re- mev.ibered for his part in the play. Bruce has been manager of i-he baske uball team for the last three years and during the games also doubled as scorekeeper. Bruce ' s willing- ness o work and help others will help him succeed. Activities : Manager Soccer 3,4; Manager Basketball 1,2,3, 4; Student Council 4; Junior Supper; Senior Bazaar; Glee Club; Junior Prom; Senior Play; Hot Dogs; Biology Club; Senior Supper; Barretone Ralph Earle Southwick, Jr, April 21 Ralph the author, Ralph the actor, Ralph the idealist; it would take some time to name all the facets to this personality. Ralph certainly has been an outstanding member of our class. Someday we ' re sure we ' ll see his name in neon lights playing broadway. Who could forget his part in the Senior Play as the confused Mortimer, and who could forget some of his hilarious stories told in his own special way. A distinctive character in every way, Ralph has been to our class an example of an up- standing and v ery talented person. Activities : Baseball 1,2; Chess Club 3; Glee Club 3,4; Class Officer-President 2; Sophomore Social 3; Junior Prom 3; Senior Play. Paul Talancy March 22 Jigga will always be remembered for his outstanding ability on the Barre High School Basketball Team. Paul can usually be found at the nearest basketball court or you might find him in the commercial office talking to Mr, Zona. Paul plans to enter a business college after graduation and we all wish him the best of luck. Activities; Soccer 1; Baseball 1; Vice. Her charming personality has won many friends for her through-out the four years of high school. We will always remember Ann ' s role in the Senior Play as Aunt Martha and her famous homemade elderberry wine, Ann is one of the best commercial stu- dents and we are sure that this will be an asset to her in the future. His supervision of the hotdog sales kept many of us from starvation, and added needed money to our treasury. With all these traits we are sure that he will be a success at Holy Cross College where he plans to further his education.
