2:05 The Art class starts-at least Mrs. Slattery does. 2:20 The Art class begins producing their masterpieces. They look so life-like-maybe it's because they paint on real people. 2:47 Mrs. Owens starts roll call. 3:00 Mrs. Owens stops taking roll long enough to tell Carol she should be working in Library Club and not talking. 3:15 Ma and Maria fight about who will work tonight. 3:20 Mrs. Owens, who is now halfway through roll, is interrupted when Carol tries to stash one more book in the shelf and the entire shelf falls over. 3:21 Mrs. Owens asks Carol if she doesn't want to resign from Library Club 3:35 Jim moves to the table nearest the door so he will be the first out of study hall. 3:36 Bob starts to say good-bye to Judy. 3:40 Bell rings. Jim is trampled in the rush and is the last out of study hall. 3:45 The annual staff sets their teeth for one more annual meeting. 4:00 Sandy comes home and turns on T. V. 5:00 Denny Burns eats a carrot. 5:10 Denny eats another carrot. 6:00 Darlene Anderson locks the door, pulls down the shades-------and another day at the store has come to an end. 6:15 Sandy is contentedly staring at the Weather map for Northern Iceland on the nightly Whatever the Weather. 7:00 Denny Burns is disqualified from wrestling----those carrots have a lot of calories. 7:30 Evelyn leaves her house with two girls from Blue Mounds. 7:45 The Gang waits for Larry Oimoen. 8:30 Bob Handel has a flat tire, his date fixes it. 9:00 The Gang checks the hospitals for Crash . 10:00 Three girls drive into the Hollandale drive-in in a blue '59 Chevy. 10:30 Dallas goes to see Darlene Anderson. 10:40 Crash ambles into the restaurant. Hi kids, sorry I'm late but I dented the fender at 6:30 backing out of the garage. Then I hit my dog in the drive-way and had to stop and bury it. While I was rounding Bilse's comer my transmission fell out. Bess Duffey happened by at 7:15 and we just got into town. Let's go find something exciting to do. 11:00 Ma has won the fight, she's out at club finding rides home for her children. 12:30 Betty Moen finishes her nightly letter. 1:00 Ma is stuck at Club without a ride home. 1:30 Jeff gets his girl back to Hollandale. 3:15 Jim is ringing doorbells. Does anyone want a pair of alligator shoes, just $75. 00. 3:30 Sandy, discovering that the test pattern doesn't have much of a plot, goes to bed. 4:30 Gail decides tonight she won't study much, so she goes to bed. 5:00 Bob Handel gets his date in. 5:15 Bob's date wonders if he's worth it. 5:30 Crash comes home riding his tricycle, just as he is turning into his driveway his back wheel falls off. 5:45 Tim had to come home early tonight. 6:00 The counter spy sees a red corvair turning into a farm outside Blue Mounds. The spy is about to assume his undercover disguise as the son of Ralph Oimoen. 17

THE SPY We were lucky to obtain this top secret information from the note book of—The Spy. In the interest of the students of Bameveld High, at great risk to our well being, we publish the following account: 6:00 A.M. Tim Hook is crawling into bed. 6:30 6:35 6:36 7:00 7:05 7:30 7:31 8:00 8:15 8:20 8:25 8:27 8:30 8:45 9:00 John Swenson calls the cows. John applies milking machine. John addresses cow. You = $%'() +!@? Betty Moen fries some eggs in the shell. Betty eats her fried eggs. Larry Schaller's mother calls him, Larry, will you please get up? Larry insulates his ears with pillows numerous covers. First bus gets in Phyllis Fortman goes to comb her hair. Larry Schaller rolls over. Larry, for the last time will you get up ? I'll think about it. Phyllis is still combing her hair. Bells ring. Phyllis finishes combing her hair. John Swenson drives up at 102 miles an hour. Larry Schaller comes to school. Jim Duffey turns around to see if Carol Johnson is still in English class. She hasn't said a thing or poked him all period. 9:15 9:16 9:30 10:15 10:30 10:35 10:40 10:41 10:45 10:52 11:45 11:52 First bell rings. Larry Oimoen wakes up with a start. Bob Judy walk down the hall together. The Home Ec. Class learns how to pick up Betty's partially digested egg shells. Kathy Nihles takes a letter in shorthand. Evelyn learns how to do yesterday's Algebra Kathy tries to read her shorthand. Jeff comes into study hall. Jeff is requested to change his seat. Judy tries to read Kathy's shorthand notes. Mr. Nelson tries to read Kathy's shorthand notes. Leo Humphrey looks at clock and wonders if he'll last till noon. Kathy, Judy, SMr. Nelson go home to recouperate after trying to solve Kathy's interpretation of Gregg Shorthand. 11:53 12:30 P.M. 12:31 12:32 12:45 Judy comes back. Anita drives the Driver's Ed. car up a tree. Mr. O'Keefe shimmies up the trunk after her. Anita backs the car down. Gail Hill, in Phy. Ed. class intending to hit the bull's eye, hits Sandy Ameson in the back with the arrow. 12:46 12:47 1:00 1:07 1:40 1:41 1:51 Sandy intending to hit Gail, hits the bull's eye. Riot in Girl's Phy. Ed. class. Regina in the girl's locker room yells out, Oh my Gosh, has anybody got a pin?' Bob Judy walk to Social Problems together. Denny Oimoen tells an unexpurgated joke. John falls off his chair into the comer and lays there laughing. The bell rings: Judy and Bob are seen walking down the hall together. 16

BOB HANDEL wills his ability to conduct class meetings to future class presidents of BHS. GAIL HILL wills her correspondance courses to her sister Nancy. TIM HOOK wills his aches and pains of football to future BHS gridders. LEO HUMPHREY wills his football uniform and abilities to Jeff Williams. JEFF JOHNSRUD wills his batting average to Donald Nihles who could use a little assistance. CAROL JOHNSON wills her flirtations to Sandy Wagmiller who is trying to figure out if she wants them, BETTY MOEN wills her memories of club to Darlene Otto. KATHY NIHLES wills her ability to be SEEN and NOT HEARD to Janean Peterson who certainly use it. DENNIS OIMOEN wills his corvair to General Motors to see what they can do with it. LARY OIMOEN wills his ability to keep his car on the road to Ted Tilley who seems to have a little trouble. JUDY RICHARD wills her saintly attitude to sister, Diane, who thinks she has one. ANITA ROBERTS wills her ability to speak up and be heard to students who are told to SPEAK UP. LARRY SCHALLER wills his ability to get into trouble to anyone who thinks he can get away with it. EVELYN STENSETH wills her physcology to Dianne Handel who has generally some advice for everything. JOHN SWENSON wills his love (?) of school to Johnny Ameson who already has a good start. REGINA THOMAS wills her studious attitude to freshmen boys who need it. BOB WATSON wills his ability to keep one eye, on the game and one on a certain cheerleader to Dave Johnson. 18
