Class History Twenty-one green Freshmen entered through the portals of B. H. S. in September, of 1956. Initiation followed and we took advantage of it by parading all over town in our weird costumes. We were then full- fledged highschoolers. Miss Sara Whitesel, now Mrs. Robert Larson, was our class advisor. The following officers were elected: President-Ron Jabs, Vice President-Faye Budd, Secretary-Russ Pollock, Treasurer- Wanda Anderson, Student Council-Lois Marty, Class Reporter-Nancy Theobald. During the year Judy Widish and Elaine Brunker left our class. During our Sophomore year Nancy Theobald moved. Mr. Kowalsky had the privilege of advising us and our class officers were: President-Wanda Anderson, Vice President-Ann Week, Secretary-Beatrice Kole, Treasurer-Helen Marty, Student Council-Russ Pollock. Juniors-Wow! We were upperclassmen then. Our officers were: President-Faye Budd, Vice President- Ruth Amble, Secretary-Ann Week, Treasurer-Betty Leuthold, Student Council-Fred Meyer, Class Reporter- Wanda Anderson. Our class advisor was Mrs. Owens. We had a swell time initiating the Freshmen. Our big thrills for the year were the receiving our class rings and the presenting of our class play which was entitled Here Come The Brides, and proved to be a big success. It was directed by Miss Danielson. Finally came the dream of every high school class, the Junior Prom. We selected April Love as our theme. King Fred Meyer and Queen Faye Budd reigned during the evening. Benny Ehr furnished us with music. During the year Darlene Beckwith, Don Moen, and Don Mueller left us. At last! Seniors! We have finally arrived! We elected the following officers: President-Fred Meyer, Vice President-Dave Ranney, Secretary-Ron Jabs, Treasurer-Russ Pollock, Student Council-Wanda Ander- son and Ken Powell, Class Reporter-Faye Budd. Gary Burdick entered our class. Again our class advisor was Mrs. Owens. We were very happy when our Homecoming turned out to be a big success. Russ Pollock was King and he chose Ann Week who reigned as Queen. Sammy Eggum provided the music. Thus ends our high school days and we were looking forward to what the future holds for us.
