men If you have ever been a freshman, you can Imagine how we felt Sept- ember 5, 1950, our first day in Barneveld Union Free High School. Thirty—three freshmen roamed from room to room completely lost. Through classes, study hail, and class meetings we became acquainted and a well organized class. To hold the offices of our class we choose: President,. Tom Duesler; Vice President, Jerry Blaser; Secretary, Frederick Segrebrecht; Treasurer, Bill Brennan; and Class Reporter, Leatrice Retrum. All the freshmen were required to study science, general business, and English while the fourth sub- ject was agriculture for the boys and geography for the girls. We sponsored the Christmas oarty which proved to be successful.
