Student Help 109 Activities mV Homecoming We had high expectations for Homecoming 78. Everything seemed so perfect. Mrs. Timmons had planned the annual assembly expertly and the skits were as funny as ever. The art department and Mrs. Dyrdek had provided beautiful scenery for the event, and the queen candidates were all fully equipped with their new outfits. Even the Shamrock team was excited for the game, and they showed their spirit at the bonfire pep assembly. Yes. everything seemed perfectly under control except the uncontrollable RAIN! Of course, the candidates prayed for immediate sunshine, but had to settle for drizzles in between downpours. Despite the poor weather, B.H.S. spirit prevailed when Debbie Wolfe was crowned 78 Homecoming Queen and Renee Smith runner-up. The game proved to be very exciting, too.
