'lla S2150 QW J? ii-HJ Nida Cook Carol Klozenbucher Marilyn Hansen For the first time in many years Barnes held a Home coming Football Game In a colorful setting Miss Carol Klozenbucher a Sophomore was crowned Queen at the halftime of the Barnes vs Randolph game on Nov 3 1954 Marilyn Hansen a Sopho more and Nida Cook a Junior were the attendants The Barnes Band stood at attention in crown formation as the queen and her attend ants were driven onto the field in a red convertible driven by Mr Wilgers Doretta Kaump carried the bouquet of red roses for the Queen. Bryan Goodman carried Doretta Kaump Bryan Goodman The Queen Miss Carol Klozenbucher the crown Both are first graders Charles Hagedorn who had been chosen King was given the privilege of crowning the Queen also the customary kiss Jlm Coltharp and Wilfried Hat tesohl Seniors were he Kings attendants Following the crownmg the band made a formation in the shape of a heart and played Let Me Call You Sweetheart The Queen and her attendants were then escorted to a decor ated throne where they reign ed for the remainder of the evening.
