began to fall apart after this match dropping the next seven games in a row Nex ertheless the boys displayed at all times that true Barnard spirit and although they did not always win they never really lost Final statistics show Kllcourse Mullane and Hart followed by Meltzcr and Mmdlm A great deal of credit should go to Stu Locker whose fine goal tending saved or kept the club in many a game Fred Saffir whose talents were spread from halfback to goalie along with Leplcr and Sapounakis stalwarted the team s defense Fmally there were Bill Bonnell whose outstanding work all season held the team together Stcse Lane vshosc improved playing proved a great beneht and Arnie Cohen who often was switched to the forward line to fill in for an injured mate Of course we must not forget manager Gary Press who did a bang up Job this team was dominated mainly by umors and Sopho mores with only 3 Seniors being lost Returning will be Lane Lepler Hartman Kilcourse Mullane Sapou nakis Mmdlm and Petty and maybe next year they will bring home a championship nurtured by this year s experience . , . .
