CAPTAIN EVERETT FORCADE Up and at 'esm Forcade was a good captain and playe-d right half. He was an excellent passer and could always be counted on for making gains. He was a swift and hard tackler. Late in tihte season he was 'handicapped by injuries and the team greatly suffered his loss. FLOYD BLANDING Let me sh iw you how i't's done Spot played at center. He was a sure passer and an excellent tackler. He was a hard fighzter at all times ard as he graduates this year the team grieves his oss. JOHN PE-RRILL Don t muss my 'hair up John played everywhere. He was a jack of all 'trades but wherever he was but hw was an able man in line as well as back- field. John graduates this year. WAYNE RICHARDSON Motto: Still 'mouth makes a wise head Rich was the fullback oef the team and well deserved the position as he was a good line plower and an excellent tackler. His punting and receiving of passes was extra- ordinary. Rich graduates this year. LESTER JONES The bigger they are the harder they fall Red play-ed some at left end and proved .to be a very good little man. He says size doesn t count. He has more football before hi-m. ALAN DONABAUEIR Come on gang-Let's go! Al played in the back field. He was good at lufgging the pig-skin and also at tackling. This was his first year and much is expected of him next year. DONALD MESICK Be easv on 'em boys Flat is considered one of the best tackles Barnard High has e-ver had. When- e-ver some one was needed to make a few extra yards Fat was pulled -back and they were usually made. Dead or alive was his motto. He has another year. CECIL MASTELLAR Looks ought to kill Sheik played riglhut guvard. He was a strong man on offense and a slugger on defense. He graduates this year much to the loss of the team. BERYL HARPER Cave man stuff Harp was noted all through the season for breaking through Uhe line and throwing the opponents for 'a loss. He also played some at guard and was the spirit of the team. He -has another year at B. H. S. EMERSON GOOD Life is all pleasure Good was a very valuable end and was always where the ball was being carried. Good has another v-ear with B. H. S. and much is expected of him as he has the build and weight of a good fo-ot ball player. WILBUR PRUITT Come easy go easy Snick played in the backfield of the season and proved himself to be a strong man. H-e lhas lots of weight and is fleet of foot so much will be expected of 'him next year. CHARLES PARSONS Small but Mighty Dynalmite would be a good name for Carl-an awful wallop in a small package. He has another year in B. H. S. DELBERT BROCKWAY Move over gang-Coach said I could play Bush was a valuable substitute at tackle and guard. Much is expected of him next year. CHARLIE GOULDIN Let me get 'hold of your sfhoestringn Charlie played right end. He was swift and a desperate tackler. Small but mighty is a good name for him. This is his last year. RONALD LOY Bring 'em down dead or aliyel' Red was a valuable tackle and was al- ways figvhting. He had lots of nerve and used it. His position will be a hard one to fill next year. PAGE TWENTY-ONE
