STOR' LOOK! LIS TEN' The senior class of 1928 is the largest cliass to have graduated from Barnard High School, and we feel highly honored over the fact that we can say there has been a friendly spirit of co-operation all the way through. Among our number will be found some of the most popular young men and women of Barnard. The quality of the senior class is superior to that of the ordinary class. In school activities, athletic ability, dramatic ability, and musical ability you will find a senior fore- most. It is certain that many of our boys will be missed next year for they were the stars of the past year's football team. For four long years we have been gliding along together, and now each and everyone of us is preparing to sail out upon the sea of life. Although each must take a different boat, there will be the same spirit of co-operation and in the hearts of all will be a warm spot for our dear old B. H. S. We are only hoping that we have set a smooth pathway for the seniors of 1929. THE SENIOR,S RE V ERIE The time is swiftly drawing near: Spring and the end of school is here. Once more the shouts from the diamond ringg Once more around the track we swing. Again the graceful javelin-s soarg The vaulting poles in use once more. Through ever lengthening hour of school We sweat and dream of the swimming pool. And over and over the weeks we countg The days and the hours till school is out. Yet something is aroused in me That heads this thing I long to see. For at the closing of the door 1 know it closes to ope no more. The old time mingling friend with friend In scenes of our school days has reached an end. And somehow as l to the world depart With my joy there mingles an aching heart. -John Perrill ' ' FIEE SEVEN 95 .
