Pre-Alumni Council Of The United Negro College Fund Pre-Alumni Council Officers: Odell Foust, President; Clarence Jones, Vice-President; Sandra Hale, Secretary; Sherri Williams, Treasurer. The Pre-Alumni Council (PAC) is-the student arm of the National Alumni Council (NAC) of the United Negro College Fund. Members organize and participate in fund raising activities and attend national conventions. The purpose of the organization is to encourage interest in their alma mater prior to graduation.
