A friend is a person who ' s very dear too. A friend is a person you love to be around. To laugh, cry, talk, sing, and clown. During the school year students socialized as well as studied. Students picked their friends by the qualitites they possessed. Friends did things together. They studied, played, and fought together. Mr. Leland said in his speech that success does not come about because of your race, the amount of money you have, or because of your neighborhood. Rather success comes to those who have the ability and endurance for life. Donna Hamilton I believe when I do start out in my quest for success, one of the things I will most definitely do is pray to God and I will also believe in myself to the fullest. Kimberly Spiller My present actions and attitude are being, looking, sounding, and doing the best. Not trying to be the best 1 can, but, being the best 1 feel it is necessary to set the highest goals possible.
