Worked and Won Honors 2A The Hals of lvyn have bid farewell to the class of '52, but they Won't forget some of our exploits for a long time. Among our more notable accornplishxnents was the sellout of the class play tickets. So many people wanted to see the play that the ushers had dilliculty in finding room for all of them. The play went over big, with everyone rolling in the aisles. Fountain pens were given to Phyllis Neitzel and jerry Knerr as the boy and girl selling the most tickets. One of our more notorious escapades involved the painting of a big ,52 on the school chimney and the fight with the juniors, the seniors winning of course. Did you know that the class has thirteen top honor students instead of the usual ten? Shir- ley Bermann and Oliver Clement walked away with the highest honors. To end our glorious four years of school the senior banquet was held at -Okee Lodge on june 5, and the picnic at Devills Lake june 4. But the proudest of all accomplislnnents is the fact that nearly S5300 has been left to buy a class gift which is to be two spotlights and a new flag for the gym. Honorable 13-1.
