M1Lo WILLARD, B.S. We dedicate our 1948 Minnewaukan to the memory of Mr. Milo Willard T he Minnewaukann Baraboo High School ' 1948 Dear Friends, Yes, Time has taken another busy year out of our lives. Where will we be in fifty years? NVe'll probably be the old-fashioned typei' to the future teen-agers of Baraboo High School. Time can erase many things from our lives, it usually tends to erase the unpleasant memories, but the happy ones always seem to creep back in. ' In 1998 when we take our yearbooks down from the shelf and dust them off, the memories of our high school days will become again a vivid picture in our minds. Remember the junior Prom and all the fun we had - and the Homecoming too? These meznories and many more are the things which Time can never take away from us. We hope that we have succeeded in compiling a memorable record which you will keep for- ever. The Minnewaukanv will be a friend of yours in years to come and will relate to you again those incidents and happy episodes of high school days which will never grow old or sad to you. Please always keep and cherish those things in your yearbook which are dear to all of our hearts. The staff is grateful to all of those who help 3d us in any way to produce our yearbook. We wish to thank Mr. Weed, Mr. Mueller, and Mr. Steele, who so generously helped us with our pho- tography, Sauk County Publishing Company, Wisconsin Engraving Company, Boehm Bindery, and the Student Council, which did such a grand job in helping us with our sales. We also would like to thank the students and the teachers for their cooperation during our many trials and tribulations. Last, but not least, we would like to express our appreciation to Miss Cornish, our advisor. Her help and patient guidance were factors which we could not have done without. A Sincerely, THE MINNEVVAUKAN STAFF Sharon Grabow, Editor
