Dedication When a great leader of our people has been taken from this life, we are often caused to observe some of his lasting contributions, and say, He, being dead, yet speaketh. lt may seem a strange thing that such a sen- timent should exist while that leader is still living, however, such is the feeling of the faculty and student body of BMA Seminary with regard to the person to whom this edition of the HERITAGE is dedicated. Dr. Philip Ray Bryan has made such a tre- mendous impact upon our lives that his resig- nation and move to California were almost as difficult for some of us to accept as his passing might have been. His absence is keenly felt in our hearts. Almost daily we are reminded of various areas where his experience , knowl- edge, and expertise were invaluable to the very complex operations of our Seminary. Dr. Bryan, we love you. And for the years of struggle and success, of leadership and example, of joys as well as heartaches, we thank you, and we dedicate this 1976 HERIT- AGE to you.
