LINES Our life at Baptist College begins with a registration line and ends with the graduation line. In between, there are 9586 more lines to stand in. BCC does teach one patience. M MAIL The mail boxes are a mixture of puzzled students trying to remember their combinations, frantic students looking through the junk in their pocketbooks for their keys, and gleeful students receiving long awaited letters. Several students share each box and the luckier students have a good magazine coming into their box which each person reads before the owner receives it. N NIGHT LIFE Night life consists of studying, going to the Bucaneer Room, meeting someone in Littlejohn parlor, or going off campus. For those preferring the off campus night life, Charleston provides many interesting places. Some BCC students can be found at one of many spots enjoying themselves. Their motto is preserve wildlife-throw a party. U GPEN HCUSE Once a week, students have the opportunity of open house. From one to five on Sunday afternoon, BCC stu- dents can have a guest in their rooms, provided the door is left open! P PARKING Parking is sometimes a hassle at Baptist College. All the places are taken, and you aren't allowed to park on the grass, so some students end up having to park on Fron- tage Road. Well, those are the breaks. PRESIDENT'S RECEPTICN Each year, all new freshmen are invited to a reception to get acquainted with Dr. and Mrs. Hamrick. This is held in the Cold Room. Each student thoroughly enjoys the event and the opportunity of meeting the college's president.

FOUSEBALL One of the major past times at BCC is playing foose- ball. The fooseball machines are always occupied in the student center, with some people even having figured out how to play the game without paying the quarter. G GREEK DAY Tug of wars, digging for dimes in flour, and riding tri- cycles are several of the main events to be seen on Greek Day. The .sororities and fraternities compete against one another for big trophies and they always have a good turnout for this spring event. H HASSLES Everyone encounters hassles. Whether from your steady, your professor, or just your roommate, everyone has problems sooner or later. College life soon teaches one that there is nothing that can't go wrong. I ICE CREAM I've never eaten so much vanilla, chocolate, and strawberry in my life! Ice cream is a major part of a stur dent's meals-whether at lunch or out at Northwoods Mall. Either way, students are usually well filled with ice cream upon graduation from BCC. 1 jocc1Nc Many joggers can be seen around campus. Everything from athletes to overweight coeds to faculty members are encountered running at all times of day and night. K KITCHEN What would students do without our BCC kitchens? The kitchen in the lunchroom provides the wonderful meals for us and the kitchens in the girls' dorms fill us up after eating in the cafeteria. L LABS livery BCC student experiences at least once in their career at college, an afternoon in lab. For most, this is a learning experience. For some, it's an opportunity to model plastic aprons and safety glasses.
