Foreign kxchange Students Reza Barforoush A.F-.S. Student From Iran I joined A.F.S. in October and I got my application in August of 1973. I was very excited about coming here and although I didn't have enough information of the city and people, it made me very happy. I remember many times I asked myself How do people in the City look like. I came here, I found many nice and friend- ly people in this nice city. I feel friend- ship better and I know myself better. 1 want to thank A.F.S., and also my parents who made it possible to get alot of exper- iences, and the people who provided me every bit of kindness. I have one sister who is married and one Y brother who is going now to the university. Next year I plan on feng . ; going also to the university to become a criminologist. es liz i Banning is very different from my hometown with the mountains, a the snow, the desert, the palms. . . and the hot weather most of the time. I like the life here very much - the people are so nice and the students so friendly.
