The fifteenth annual Invita - tional Basketball Tournament was held December 18-21. The tourney was initiated in 1953 by the coaches of the then, Riverside County League. Originally, there were only eight teams; now there are six- teen. The sixteen teams are invited to play in the four day tournament.
