The Boys’ -Club activities have been many and varied. The March of Dimes campaign in the high school was conducted by the Boys’ Club which also sponsored a Bean Feed for all boys in Banning high and a Father and Sons Supper for the boys and their fathers. Members of the Boys’ Club also sold ice cream during the year in the rotunda for a money making project. Mr. Howard and Mr. Brown are the Boys’ Club advisors. and Boys’ Club activities... The Leap Year Caper was sponsored by Girls’ League, an organization to which all the girls in B.U.H.S. belong. Girls’ League conducted the annual Red Cross drive held within the high school. Charlotte Tansy and Carolyn Barker, with the Girls’ League advisor, Mrs. Wood, traveled to San Pedro to the annual Girls’ League convention March 8, and brought home with them many new ideas for Girls’ League.
