HOMECOMING COURT 87 Jennifer Johnson Soph. Jennifer Woodson Soph. Africa McKinney Soph. For the 1987 Banks High School Homecoming representatives were chosen from each class. Chosen to represent the Freshman was Nancy Quinn. Jennifer Johnson, Africa McKinney, and Jennifer Woodson represented the Sophomores. Cherry Fulmer, Patrice Toney, and Lisa Cox were chosen to represent the Juniors. The Senior Representatives were Kellie Bourland, Becky Hanvey, Jackie Jordan, Kristy Sewell. Cheryl Eaford, Nicolette Monroe, Wendy Jones, and Kathleen Buysse. This year's first runner up was Kristy Sewell and the 1987 Homecoming Queen was Nicolette Monroe. 12 Nancy Quinn Fresh.

HOMECOMING Home-corn i n Week was October 2nd through the 9th. Among the activities were session room door decorations, the presentation of the Homecoming court, a parade, bonfire, pep rally, the game, Homecoming Queen, and the dance. Session room winners for door decorations were 1st place: Mrs. Flukcr 2nd place: Mrs. Clay 3rdi place Mrs. Taylor and Honorable Mention: Mrs. O'Rourke. Our lovely ladies in Homecoming court were presented by our own emcee Ed Cleveland. The parade flowed past the school, with students and parents watching our band, flag girls, Homecoming Court, and floats by various session rooms.
