SCHILLER 17 DEDICATION Because of her dedication to and love for Banks High School and its students, because of her concern for the well-being of all mankind, best shown perhaps in the hours she has spent with the projects of the Red Cross Club, because of the hours and hours she has given to spon- soring the junior class and the prom, and especially because of the love and respect we have for her, the 1983 Contrails staff dedicates this book to Mrs. Rutha Heard, a lady in every sense of the word. 18 HONORS Time ripens all things.
