.J-A v I PAST MINUTES are checked by junior officers for banquet details. President .. . Vice-President Secretary . . . Treasurer Formals, football tags, term papers and sports have the juniors in a whirl. As we entered our fresh- man year we organized and elected Dale Miller as president, an office which he has held for three years. Other officers elected were Glenwood Heard, vice- president, Sandra Smith, secretary and Nancy Cham- berlin, treasurer. Selling car plates and bicycle plates with the Bangor High emblem on them was our major project. To conclude our freshman social activities we went to our first dance, The Heavenly Hop and took an educational and pleasure trip to Harrisburg. Suddenly we were sophomores. With that our out- standing athletes were brought into light, namely, Dale Miller, Glenwood Heard, J. L. Williams, Bobby Finelli and Bobby Butz. The officers for our sophomore year were Dale Miller, president, Dennis Horn, vice-presi- dent, Martha Stinson, secretary and Robert Butz, treas- urer. We journeyed to Dorney's Park at the end of the school term and also enjoyed ourselves at our sopho- more dance, Spring Fever. Our big project this year was the combined home- ti. ,. ,.,. ,Mmm lflglj Ni ' . 115:11 . OFFICERS 130' gg., ,.Vi 235,555 uniora . . . . Dale Miller . . Franklin Brown ... Martha Stinson .... Robert Butz room bake sales which turned out to be very successful. This year brought our musically inclined classmates to light, Sherry Gloss of the Harmonettes, Beverly Fisher as pianist and Lois Reimer whom we often see at the organ in the auditorium. ln the art field, Joan Gregor is tops. We will never forget that memorable Mother's Day Program. When the boys wore red and white carnations in honor of their mothers. Summer came and went. We returned to school in the autumn as juniors. We all looked forward to a memorable Thanksgiving Day when our athletes showed their ability and our four cheerleaders and six majorettes never looked better. The Junior-Senior Prom was held at the Farm Show Building in April and everyone had a wonderful time dancing under Paris skies. After that was our Junior Banquet where we all had a wonderful time and ate our fill. In the spring of our junior year we boarded three busses and headed for West Point and Hyde Park. Thus came the close of our junior year and we are at the present looking forward to our future role as seniors.
