DEDI CATI In tribute to his great interest in and earnest promotion of creative work in Bangor High School, we, the Slate Staff with the utmost appreciation and gratitude, dedicate this issue ol the Slate to Mr. VVarren S. Smith. In recent years, he started a Drama Class and with those who were interested in play writing formed the Playmakers. Because of his induction into the Army, he was not able to direct the annual Senior play. However, his creative ability has remained with us throughout the play that he has Written and the dramatic group which helped to produce it. We feel that whatever task Mr. Smith undertakes, whether it be in his country's service or that of his chosen career, he will succeed. 0 PAGE 5
