La Clase de Espanol This year there were three Spanish classes. The students in Spanish I learned basic verbs and vocabulary. In Spanish II, the students were taught mainly verb tenses. They also worked on projects called Ojos de Dios , Eyes of God. Spanish III students had a more indepth study of the language and the country.

Advanced Math And Calculus Advanced Math combined the stu- dents' knowledge of algebra and geom- etry and applied it to new situations. Students learned how to work with trigonometric functions. This was the first year that Bandys had a scheduled calculus class. Calcu- lus used all the math that students had learned in the previous years. Both classes further prepared stu- dents to take the higher levels of math offered at college. .'.. ' 22 f ., K7 -2 W, ..V:. ,,.. 5 These calculus students work diligently.
