Junior Marshals The 1984 Junior Marshals con- sisted of Bandys finest juniors who had a grade-point average of 3.85. The Junior Marshals were: Angie Meadows, Beth Laney, Beth Robin- son, Tonya Henderson, Amy Aber- nathy, Greta Stutts, and Crystal Sherrill.

'K .rl Honored Students Many students represented our school Well with their scholastic achievements. The Bandys banner was carried high by Crystal Sherrill and Beth Laney at Girls State, held on the campus of UNC-G. Daryl Josey and Randall Burris exem- plified their excellence at Boys State at Wake Forest University. Beth Laney and Jay Knox were chosen to be the Morehead Nominees for this year. Jay Knox reached the district level in competition. Amy Smyre, Beth Robinson, and Rusty Danmyer attended the Broyhill Business Academy on the Gardner-Webb campus. These students are but a sample of the high standard of excellence achieved yearly at Bandys. A La-1.
