The Games of Life Was A Success The theme of the Spring Festival was The Games of Life . This theme was carried out in such game shows as The Dating Game , The Newlywed Game , and The Divorce Game . The Beta Club, which sponsors this annual event, was joined by the Public Speaking Class to build a winning combination. The Queen of Hearts and her court reigned over the Spring Festival. The court included: Queen of Hearts, Beverly McGee; Maid of Honor, Betty Lutz; Miss Bandys, Susan Bryson; Senior Miss, Christy Jones; Junior Miss, Cheryl Raper; Sophomore Miss, Lisa Carroll; and Fresh- man Miss, Sandra Edwards. 22 Spring Festival

May 28 And June 4,1976 Were Important Days For Seniors On May 28, 1976, seniors were honored by march- ing into the gym in their caps and gowns during our annual Awards Day. Outstanding scholars and athletes were presented with awards for their achievements of the past year. June 4 was Graduation Day for the 1976 seniors. Pictured below are Bobby Lutz, first honor graduate, and David Isenhower, second honor graduate, both of whom spoke at graduation. Mr. Carter also gave words of encouragement before the diplomas were presented. As Class President Ronnie Deal called the roll, the seniors were presented their diplomas by Mr. Carter. The senior girls were given a yellow rose, the class flower, after they received their diplomas. Also helping in the ceremonies were the Junior Marshals who are pictured below.
