We Dedicate We, the Senior Class of Bandys High School, wish to dedicate the 1968 TROJAN to one who has been a friend in times of trouble, an inspiration in times of need, and who has shown the students of Bandys a true display of sportsmanship. Seldom does one find within the confines of a single personality the unbeatable com- bination of remarkable physical stamina, competent teaching ability, and genuine interest in the student that characterize him. His boundless energy, pleasing sense of humor, and knowledge of athletics enables us to call him Coach” with pride. Principal Whether in trouble or just asking for advice, Mr. Sigmon always has time to listen. MR. GLENN A. SIGMON Lenoir Rhyne B.A. UNC-G ME. Dear Seniors: As you look through this annual, 1 hope you will have many pleasant memories. As the years go by, you will come to realize that high school days are some of the happiest days of your life. We have tried to help you young men and women find the fields to which you are best suited and have given you the best training we could to prepare you for entering these fields. You have also received a secondary kind of education even though you have never been enrolled in a course so labelled. I rom everyone around you, you seniors have been learning all your lives to be concerned with others. Do keep working toward the goal you desire, but it will not bring you happiness unless you have found happiness along the way. You will help determine the kind of future you face. Glenn A.
