Mr. Arthur Kent Moore Mr. Moore teaches physics ond general science. He was born in Lenoir, North Carolino, and now lives in Lenoir. He has attended Appalachian State Teochers College, Elon College, and received his B.A. from Duke University. He is co- sponsor of the Science Club. Mr. W. S. Moore Mr. Moore, who teaches agri- culture and shop, sponsors the F.F.A He was born in Apex, North Carolino, and now lives at Route 1, Moiden, North Carolina. He ottended Apex High Schpol and North Caro- lina State College. He is now the president of the South- western District Agriculture Teochers. Mrs. Shirley Mull Mrs. Mull teaches general busi- ness and Typing I. She spon- sors the F.B.L.A. and is a spon- sor of the junior-senior ban- quet. She was bom at Boone, which is located in Watougo County, North Carolina. She at- tended Rock Springs High School and received her B.S. at Appalachian State Teachers College She is a member of the Pi Omego Pi. She is now living in Denver, North Caro- lina. Mr. Gary Roseman Mr. Roseman is the tenth ond the eleventh grade English teocher. He was born in Hick- ory, North Carolina, and now resides at 643 West 8th Street, Newton. Mr. Roseman attended Hickory High School and re- ceived his A B. at Lenoir-Rhyne College He has attended the graduate school at Appalachian State Teachers College faculty Mr. Glenn A. Sigmon Mr. Sigmon teaches Shorthand I and II, clerical practice ond bookkeeping He is a member of the Delta Phi Epsilon, o graduate business fraternity which upholds strict scholastic standards. Mr. Sigmon received his B.A at Lenoir-Rhyne Col- lege, and his M.Ed. at the Uni- versity of North Carolino. He was born in Cotowbo County ond now lives at Route 2, Box 264, Newton, North Corolina Mr. Richard Whitis Mr Whitis teaches economics and sociology os well as United States History. He is also a Key Club sponsor. He was born in Somerset, Kentucky, and at- tended Eubark High School. He attended Compbellsville Junior College in Kentucky. He re- ceived his A.B ot Lenoir- Rhyne College. Mrs. Mazel Wright Mrs Wright teaches English, French and dramatics. She was born in Cleveland County. She ottended Concord High School and received her B.S. from Ap- palochion State Teachers Col- lege. She sponsors the French Club and the Dramatics Club. She now resides at Route 2, Newton, North Carolina. Mrs. Charles Yount Mrs. Yount is the Home Eco- nomics teacher and the sponsor of the F.H.A. She was born in Claremont, ond attended Clare- mont High School. Mrs. Yount received her B.S. in home eco- nomics ot Cotowbo College and her vocational certificate at W.C.U.N.C. She now resides at East Catawba Street, Clare- mont, North Carolino.
