QT? 71? 1 I n :5Q'ff :2pm-tleii' wg is 1 . :Pl g, .gg 1 N5 :Q ' ' LQ , 'K J 1 .fi ' V -, my .E Lf.. :Y AML uf 1 3 .E..'- r iv We the Art Yearbook staff proudly dedicate the Bancroft Beaverlog of 1977 to Mrs Aileen Morgan We are very proud to have had her working at Bancroft for she has done a fine Job in teaching special education Mrs Morgan has been teaching for more than 40 years and has received two awards In February of 1976 she received the Life PTA Membership Award and in January of 1977 she received the Teacher of the Month award from the Teachers Association of Long Beach In World War II she worked for the Sixth Ferry Command in Long Beach During the summers she studied to get her B A degree She taught in elementary schools before coming to Bancroft Her hobbies are reading and gardening She has one daughter, who is married Thank you Mrs Morgan We, the class of 1977, wish to dedicate this yearbook to Mr. Warren Pereau who has been our principal for nearly ten years. Mr. Pereau first came to Bancroft in the fall of 1968 as the new principal. Before coming to Bancroft he was senior vice-princi- pal at Stanford Junior High. After Stanford he went to Jefferson as the principal for seven years. He graduated from the University of Wichita, in Kansas and received his Masters degree from Colorado State. Mr. Pereau has five children, four girls and one boy and eight grandchildren. He lives in Irvine where he enjoys watching the trains pass by. Thank you, Mr. Pereau , .J x I A Z, .
