Sneak Day 1973 leally Mark! We have to stop meeting like this. Sleeping Beauty??? On May 7, 1973, thirty-two lively Seniors and their four sleepy sponsors—Mr. Mrs. L. E. Anderson, Mrs. Bob Rabe, and Mr. Dale Dinnel met at the school at one in the morning to board the greyhound bus to Kansas City, Missouri and Kansas. The first stop was at Sambo's for breakfast, then on to General Motors for our first tour. Here we saw how they assembled cars. Next we went to the bus depot to change drivers. We then went to the plaza, where most of us ate at a sidewalk cafe. After a quick lunch we toured Proctor and Gambles in Kansas. Here we saw how they filled soap bottles and cut bar soap. As we were leaving, we all received a gift box containing three bars of soap and a tube of toothpaste. Back to Missouri for hours of looking around the zoo and just goofing off. With tired feet we boarded the bus to go shopping and eating before going to the Ten Years After'- concert. At ten we went to the show of our choice. At midnight we once again boarded the bus for the long drive home. We arrived home at 5:30 in the morning, tired, but ready for more action. Don't look now, but somebody's after you. Hey Tom, why are you sleeping on the floor? Wouldn't anybody sit with you? Anybody for a cup of coffee and two aspirins? It doesn't fit us, so who is Cinderella? Could it be Ole? Sponsors Mrs. Rabe and Mrs. Anderson are happy because the day is finally over. SCEt 'U
