Ziaeahgirl anti btljuul aptain eport It seems to us, that the year 1977-1978 was a busy year in many aspects. In the art world there was the King Tut exhibit in Chicago, the scandal of C.F. Frye, and of course the world famous Balmoral Hall Ice Sculpture Competition. On the music scene there was the new Broadway musicale Timbuktu,,' disco fever, and the grand opening of the Gift of the Sunn an operetta put on by an all-star cast from Balmoral Hall. And who could ever forget our exciting Spirit Week in March, where during one Mufti Day the Grade 12's looked like Roy Rogers Qgood guys dressed in whitej while the Grade 11's looked like they were holding a competition for a Black Bart Look-a-like I-Ieadgirl: Kim Thomas School Captain: Biddy McDonald Contest. Where does the time go? It seems like just days ago, when we were all sitting in the gym for our first assembly of the year, with the new girls looking ill at ease in their Unormall' clothes, while we old girls greeted each other commenting on new hair styles and comparing tans. Now we can't separate the old girls from the new girls, no matter how hard we try. Everyone has come to- gether to form the student body for the 77-78 school year. We hope that it has been a good year for everyone. We both agree that we will never forget, for who could forget things like the Queen visiting the B.H. picnic, tea and coffee in the Common room, and all that homework! Plus house games and everything else that has made this year one of the best school years. As We go our separate ways Seeking Better Things in the big world we hope that the en- thusiasm which we have found so strong in this school will continue in the same manner, and that you too will strive for better things. Keep smiling! Yahoo! Kim Thomas Biddy McDonald P.S. Bernadette reminds me ofa big blue pig! K. P.P.S. You die Kim! Bernadette is not a pig. B.
