Minor FROM: Gen. Specific RE: Social disturbances There has been a growing concern among the Leaders regarding a small group of rebels seeking to overthrow the Order. Presented here are a few rare photographs of said anarchists. They are to be considered dangerous and harmful, and therefore should be dealt with accordingly. It is the wish of the Leaders that in the future you will be able to quell such outburst that threaten the Order. s e T [ “fn+Kus'iaS iCj ima ina ‘Ug.j S-Vu.bboxAj tmpu Ki U£,.“ A Ol X - APRIL IS Kathy Kelley Joseph Betor Debbie Goulden David Kellogg Beverly Cramer Lori Johnson Frederick Fraser Mischelle Petteys Jean Rickard Paula Petty Jerry Whalen Maureen Wilson Elizabeth Munroe Jody Veet TXURUS “pLonssJ, aoayc'iaiouSy Susp ci6uS.
