Sccfi uHte €cie tt Let me congratulate you, the Class of 1960. You will soon be receiving your diplomas and leaving Ballard Memorial. However, you must continue your education in some form or other because the world that you will live in has no place for untrained men and women. Even though we are fast approaching the day when there will probably be no market for the unskilled or untrained, there was never a greater challenge for those who are willing to work and to prepare themselves. The world is becoming smaller and more thickly populated with each passing day. This naturally creates more problems, more challenges, and more jobs.
