McGary and the Ballard County Board of Education for making possible a progressive school for the youth of the county. We wish to thank them at this time for their untiring efforts to consolidate the schools and to provide our beautiful building and equipment. We realize that much work and time are required in performing their duties as board members. But a feeling of pride should be theirs as they view the result of their work. English MRS. RUTH DYKES PRINCIPAL’S MESSAGE We all approached the new school year with uncertainty as to what it held for us. This being the first year of consolidation we gathered on opening day from five former high schools of Ballard County and twenty-three states. Although we are greatly handicapped by the lack of ap auditorium or gymnasium to get the student body together, a wonderful school spirit has developed. Through hard work and patience on the part of the faculty and fine cooperation of the students we have had a successful school year. Much credit for the fine school spirit is due the seniors. They have set a fine example of leadership, cooperation and school citizenship for the underclassmen to follow. In years to come may this annual bring back to us pictures and happy memories of scenes, friends, and events of one of our happiest years of life. Agriculture Commerce Math Music GAYLE MRS.
