Miss Ann Chamberlin, who for many years had been Girls, Club adviser, gave up her high school work for a position at Stanford University. Mrs. Maude Stronach, long a Ballard English teacher, transferred to Lincoln. Retiring at the end of the first semester was Mr. McConnell who had given thirty-two years of service to the industrial arts department. joining the faculty the second semester Were: Mrs. jahnke, home economicsg Mrs. Indridsen, study hall, Mrs. Mitchell, commercialg Mr. Paulsen and Mr. Duncan. both industrial arts. The second semester saw the fulfillment of one of Mr. McComb,s ambitions with the the converting of Room 215 into a new Boys, Club room. And so another year of Ballard's history. I4
