Students and faculty members exchange greetings and ideas as they pass on campus or over a cup of coffee in the Student Center. People find themselves involved With others as they work together in residence halls, fraternity houses, and various organizations on campus. lVIost Ball Staters hail from the state of Indiana, but it is not u11- usual to find students from out-of- state or a foreign country.
