Since that time this organization has been seeking to pro- mote the spiritual growth of the students, who are its members, through various activities. The main proiects for the year were the cookie and fudge sale in December and the Shamrock Supper which was held in March. During the summer of 1958, ten members of the Ball State Fellowship were sent to the National Disciples Student Fellowship Ecclesia in Fayette- ville, Arkansas. There they met with over 400 other young adults from T3 countries and exchanged program and theological ideas with them. Among the activities of this group, open to all members and friends of the Lutheran Church, are a Thanksgiving vesper service for the local congregation, a children's Christmas party and a cluster retreat held this year in Muncie. 2 mm. The campus Christian Science Organization is a branch of the first Church of Christ Scientist, in Boston, Massachusetts. This groups meets weekly for discussion and services. During the year these people were active participants in campus religious life. CHRISTIAN SCIENCE ORGANIZATION An annual project completed by this group was a lec- ture on Christian Science, which was open particularly to the campus. Theodore Wallach of Chicago was the guest speaker this year. He appeared during the Christmas season in December on Christian Science: A Fresh Approach to Security. 209

In 1934 delegates from twelve colleges and universities met and founded an international organization called Gamma Delta.
