fu 71 1 elaine ingram s. e. c. president, dances with orchestra leader sam donahue at s. e. c. dance row l-dave beer, bob cooksey, ed hildebrandt, paul rydzinski, bill streeter, bob green. row 2-morry mannies, bobbie mattingly, glen hyndman, ianie la- row, elaine ingram, rachel moody, travis burleson, sharon ronneau, leigh morris. row 3-mr. deal, arlene karp, sharon gebert, mary ann clark, ierri- anne craig, barbara sedlak, dr. collier. each year the student executive council sponsors several campus wide events. included in these are the all-school mixer, homecoming, and parents day. this year s. e. c. adopted a revised constitution, which was the result of an intensive study. this new constitution increased the s. e. c., mem- bership to twenty-three members, representing a wider segment of the student association. the student executive council at ball state was active this year pro- moting student activities, fostering traditions, and bettering the overall atmosphere of the campus. this year s. e. c. has expanded its number of representatives to twenty-three so as to have more extensive rep- resentation. serving under the five commissioners are many committees who cor- relate campus social events, school spirit, and supervise all elections held on the campus throughout the year. student executive council also sponsors homecoming, parents' day, b-book, aids in the selection of the cheer leaders, and publishes the social calendar. as a whole, each com- mittee member represents a segment of a group or activity on campus, thereby assuring better overall government for all the students. commissioners public relations-dave beer social-jerrianne craig elections-paul rydzinski internal affairs-sharon gebert homecoming-glen hyndman officers president-elaine ingram vice-president-dave beer secretary-rachel moody treasurer-dick sorrell 23 Qr
