RALPH NOYER Dr. Noyer has held the position of dean of Ball State Teachers College since I927. He had previously taught in several high schools and colleges in the Midwest. Very active in local and national teacher's associations, Dr. Noyer received his A.B. from Indiana University, his M.A. from Indiana and lowa Universities, and his Ph.D. from Iowa. In addition to being a member of Phi Delta Kappa, Pi Kappa Delta, and the Rotary Club, Dean Noyer added to his list of honors by being elected National President of Blue Key at a recent convention. 5
