So it is with a deep feeling of appreciation and gratitude for the great things our Presi- dent has done and is going to do, that we, the members of the senior class, dedi- cate to him this annual publication of ours, the 1928 Orient. President Pittenger has not been with us long as president, but he has been con- nected with the college for many years as a member of the faculty. He has al- ways been and is still the friend of the students. He believes in them and trusts them.
