The Beginning Girls Glee is the introductory chorus class for girls. The choir is basically seventh graders under the capable direction of Mr. Stan Hill. In the course of the year, they perform during several school functions and also appear at the Mid -Winter Festival at Fremont. Their eighth grade year will be spent in either Advanced Girls Glee or Madrigals. Choirs Capture District Honors. Nineteen ninth and eighth graders comprise this year's Chamber Singers as selected from the Madrigal Choir. There are seven sopranos, five altos, four tenors, and four basses. They are auditioned and selected by Mr. Hill. These students come to school early to practice and perform at various concerts throughout the year. This group of young singers should be praised for their time and effort.
