A l QQ A T, ' VL Varsity Basketball This year our varsity team put forth an inspirational effort and finished the season with 8 wins and 6 losses. That also included the Christmas Tournament at South Junior High in which our team participated. One of the biggest victories came during the second Fremont game. Bob Smith, named most inspirational player of the year, helped boost the team's morale. Gary McFarland, an outstanding player, was named most valuable player.

The J. V. Team demonstrated good basic basketball and put forth dedicated team work which gave them the edge in their games. Mark Burdick, a very well rounded player, was chosen as the most inspirational player of the year. Tom Davidson was the top scorer with 87 points and 183 rebounds.
