Excited Tors? The bonfire was scheduled on a damp and rainy night, but this did not weaken the spirit of the Ball High stu- dents. The students gathered at Ball High to form a long caravan, which consisted of approximately 200 cars, and proceeded to West Beach where the action began. The cheerleaders set the bonfire aflame and the school spirit was certainly at its highest that night. I Don't be scared. it's iust a bonfire! Gangway 3

DRAMA DEPT. ADDS CULTURE TO BHS Hail the conqueror! THE MOUSE THAT ROARED was a satirical and amusing play depicting the overthrow of the United States by a very small, but powerful duchy. The cast included the following students: Deanne Devoy, Sharon Meyer, Cathy Williams, Susan Van Dyke, Lorraine Rodriquez, Betsy Morris, Tibbie McClleland, Leta Middle- ton, Lenora Harryman, Doris Milosic, Lynn Breland, Cindy Clark, Sheryl,Freed, Ronnie Griffin, Larry Van Cleave, julian Doner, Charles Ray, Kevin Frye, Albert Johnson, Harry Hughes, Lawerence Selman, Gerald Byrket, Eddie Shoemake, Jeffrey Nesbitt, Gerry Swiff, Steve Greenberg, George Pond, Pat Tassin. The play was directed by Mrs. Gene Clough. The technical directors were Mrs. Carolyn Ligon, and Mrs. Pat Kingsland. The play was presented at 8:00 pm. on January 15-16 in the Ball High Auditoriurng it was a very big success. The Duchess of Fenwick orders the invasion of the U.S THE MOUSE as .
