Coronation, competition and celebration are part of the May Day Tradition details, see pages 42-53. The 65 year old May Day tradition united the B-W community for a spring weekend of fun including the crowning of the queen, the games in the stadium and in the Metropark and the parties afterward. The weekend of near perfect weather marked the annual return of many alumni to watch the competition between Independent and Greek groups. The event was truly a connector this year as the two largest fraternities. Alpha Tau Omega and Lambda Chi Alpha. shared the Men's first place honors.
